End User License Agreement
23Sys IP Scanner
1. License Grant
23 Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 23Sys IP Scanner for personal and internal network administration and security testing purposes. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
2. Permitted Use
You may use this software only on networks and systems that you own, administer, or are explicitly authorized to test. You agree to use this software in accordance with applicable laws and network policies. Unauthorized network scanning is strictly prohibited.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
- Redistribute modified or unmodified versions
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 23 Systems does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL 23 SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF 23 SYSTEMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. No Responsibility for Network Activity
The user assumes all responsibility for network scanning activity. 23 Systems is not responsible for any network disruptions, data loss, or other issues that may result from the use of this software. Network scanning may impact network performance.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and 23 Systems concerning the software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
10. Data Protection
This EULA governs software licensing terms only. Information about personal data processing and privacy practices is provided separately in the Privacy Policy.
By downloading and using 23Sys IP Scanner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
